June 13, 2013	-	home study #2
June 27, 2013	-	home study #3
July 6, 2013	-	home study #4 (home visit)
Aug 23, 2013	-	sibling #1 - immigration file has been opened @ Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
Aug 23, 2013	-	sibling #2 - immigration file has been opened @ CIC
Aug 23, 2013	-	CIC approval to support sibling #1
Aug 28, 2013	-	CIC approval to support sibling #2
Oct 05, 2013	-	Educational Seminar
Oct 06, 2013	-	home study #5 (home visit)

Dec 14, 2013	-	our home study is complete and awaiting our social worker approval
Dec 30, 2013	-	home study is finalized
Jan 8, 2014	-	file has been submitted to the Child and Family Services (CFS) to obtain the adoption license
Jan 20, 2014	-	obtained the adoption license from CFS
Feb 3, 2014	-	dossier is ready to get certified
Feb 7, 2014	-	documents were authenticated at the Consumer Affairs
Feb 19, 2014	-	dossier has been sent to Ukraine
Mar 20, 2014	-	our dossier has been submitted to the SDA
Apr 20, 2014	-	our dossier has been registered at the SDA
May 6, 2014	-	received an appointment @ the SDA on May 21st
May 21, 2014	-	First appointment @ the SDA - unsuccessful
June 4, 2014	-	Second appointment @ the SDA - unsuccessful
June 20, 2014	-	Submitted the request for a home study addendum (to increase the top age limit from 7 to 12)
July 15, 2014	-	received the home study addendum
July 23, 2014	-	Third appointment @ the SDA - successful
July 24, 2014	-	revieved a referral from the SDA
July 25, 2014	-	met our kids for the first time
July 28, 2014	-	kids signed their letter of consent (to be adopted by us)
July 29, 2014	-	the region adoption department started to prepare our documents (to submit to the SDA and the court)
August 10, 2014	-	our documents where submitted to the SDA (for adoption approval)
Aug 23, 2014	-	SDA has signed their consent for our adoption
Aug 27, 2014	-	Court
Sept 9, 2014	-	Gotcha!!!
Sept 9, 2014	-	Applied for the Ukrainian passports for kids
Sept 12, 2014	-	Kids received their Ukrainian passports
Sept 16, 2014	-	First visit to the embassy
Sept 17, 2014	-	Medical examination
Sept 25, 2014	-	Medical clearence
Sept 26, 2014	-	Second visit to the embassy + VISAs recieved
Sept 27, 2014	-	WE MADE IT HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!
